Customer Service

We undertake to confirm all orders placed by email and we advise you the moment the items are dispatched. We also inform you of the expected delivery date. Where the delivery service provider offers parcel tracking services on the internet, we do advise you on how to track your dispatch.

Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible and it is our wish that you receive your items in time and in good condition. We dispatch all items using courier service unless if you specify otherwise. We cannot be held responsible for delays incurred after handing over your items to the courier.

Prices

All prices are in US $ and exclude delivery costs. The prices displayed on the site are current but are subject to change at any time. The delivery costs depend on the method of delivery and the weight of the items. We shall update the delivery charges for the various methods on our website.

Guarantees

The items sold on this site are handcrafts and delicate in nature. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or unordered goods, simply email us and we shall authorize the return or, at our discretion, shall provide you with a refund. You are advised to obtain our authorization before you return the items.

Limitation of Liability

The purchaser or user of the items displayed on this site shall use the items for the purpose for which they were intended and designed. We take no responsibility for any abuse or misuse of the items. To the extent permitted by the laws of Uganda, we shall not be liable in contract, tort, under statute or otherwise for any loss or injury arising which is caused, contributed to or is attributable to any defects or negligent act or omission on our part or any of our agents or employees.

Applicable Laws

Our sales contract is governed by the laws of Uganda and the Courts of Uganda shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine all disputes in connection with anything arising from a purchase by you and us.
